Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Assistant
Computer Manufacturing/ Distributor in Columbia, South Carolina.
Our Columbia location is looking for a local delivery driver for first shift.
(M-F 9-6pm)
SUMMARY
Drives truck over established route and delivers products to customers by performing
the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Drives truck to deliver electrical products to customer's place of business.
Records delivery information on daily delivery record.
Deliver merchandise and pick-up returns.
Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
Cleans inside and outside of truck.
Operates forklift to move material in warehouse.
Performs routine maintenance check on truck and reports problems and/or needed
repairs to Warehouse Manager.
Assists warehouse personnel with assembling customer orders from stock and
moves orders to shipping area.
Sweeps warehouse floors and empties trash when needed.
Other duties may be assigned
