1. Help Desk support between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8:00p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays);
2. Replacement parts will be shipped same business day (next business day if after 3 p.m. Eastern Time) for overnight delivery upon diagnosis of failure
3. Next business day onsite service
4. Warranty is valid from the date of invoice
5. Shipping is included for replacement part and defective part return
