Chipco delivers an outstanding end-to-end warranty service experience. We see hardware support as an integral part of Information Technology. Our warranty service program ensures the continuous productivity of your organization. With this new warranty program, we will be able to give you faster response times and stronger customer support.

We offer a number of financial services to our customers (pending approval and set-up by our Credit Department).  We provide these services to give you additional purchasing power if you do not have sufficient open lines of credit with us and do not wish to prepay.

We ship via UPS within the contiguous 48 states. We process most orders as we receive them and usually ship them the same day. Orders received and credit-approved by 4:30 p.m. local time ship the same day. Shipments are FOB our warehouse in Columbia, S.C.

Chipco offers drop shipping to your customers if you provide confirmation on company letterhead, which will then be kept on file at our corporate office. We also provide delivery service for our customers in South Carolina.
